Our admissions policy is intended to ensure that we are able to offer our Exhibitors, Sponsors, Speakers and Attendees with the best possible experience through their participation.
- Any person found to be registering to attend the event using false information or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically cancelled. Without prejudice, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person(s).
- Vendors seeking to register for admission must pre-register for the event and will be charged a registration fee of £1,000 plus VAT unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a Vendor found to be seeking admission as an attendee.
- Visitors and exhibitors are issued with a badge which should be worn and visible at all times whilst in the show.
- No promotional or commercial materials may be brought into, used or displayed by any person inside the event without the express written permission of the Organiser. Any person in possession of non-permitted items will be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
- Canvassing is not permitted.
- The solicitation of business or distribution of materials by companies who have not paid to sponsor or exhibit at the event is strictly prohibited. Any attendee in violation of this will be ejected from the venue.
- By registering you are giving permission for the Organiser to contact you with relevant information.
- The Organiser will not refund under any circumstances the credit card processing fees it has incurred in processing your booking. Any tickets cancelled by the Organiser are also subject to an admin fee of £5 per booking.
- When you allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor on their stand at an event you are consenting to your ‘business card’ data being provided to that exhibitor. They may use this data for things such as marketing their goods or services, analytics and statistics. Some of these exhibitors and sponsors may also be located outside the EEA therefore, in consenting to giving them your personal data, you are consenting to the transfer of your data outside the EEA in some cases.
- Where seminars / theatres are sponsored at our events, as joint hosts of the sessions the Organiser and the theatre/seminar sponsors will use the legal basis of ‘legitimate interest’ to contact you directly after the event. If you prefer not to receive legitimate interest communications from sponsors, please visit the on-site registration desks or speak to theatre staff to register your preferences. Our Privacy Policy can be found on the websites for all our events. PLEASE NOTE: all sponsors will be governed by their privacy policy.
- No photography or filming of stands and/or exhibits is allowed without the express permission of the stand manager. Exhibitors can photograph and film their own stands. No seminar sessions can be filmed or sound recorded by visitors without the prior written permission of the Organiser.
- Official photographers and videographers will be taking photos and recording and/or streaming videos at the event. By attending the event you consent to the use by Abacus Communications Limited of any such film, sound recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Visitors are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation. In the circumstances of the event’s postponement or cancellation, Abacus Communications is not responsible for refunding those costs.
- For Health and Safety reasons no person under the age of 18 will be admitted to the event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event / venue who either does not comply with its Admission Policy or who it suspects will fail to comply with its Admission Policy.
